After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake (12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43 Kms in 02 Hrs one way from Gangtok) & Baba Mandir (13100 Ft / 3994 Mts / 16 Kms in 01 Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake. Situated at a height of 12400 Ft / 3780 Mts / 43 Kms in 03 Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. Back to Gangtok by evening and Overnight at Hotel. Also visit the important trade route of Nathula Pass. Located around 56 kms from Gangtok at an altitude of 14450 ft, the road to Nathula passes through the Tsomgo Lake. It is one of the highest motorable roads in the world and surrounded by alpine flora. Currenly, it is only domestic tourists that are allowed to go close to the international border from where you can see and extend your handshake with Chinese soldiers on the other side. Return to Gangtok. Spend the evening in Gangtok for some recreational activities such as shopping and a delicious local dinner. SITES VISITED: Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir Overnight in Gangtok .
Today after breakfast you will be transferred to Pelling via Namchi sightseeing. After enjoying it, you can be found near the Khangchendzonga Peak ( View only ), one of the highest mountains in the world. Proceed to Pelling.
