1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we receive a minimum 25% advance payment along with your signed booking form and copies of travel documents (passport, ID). Balance payment is due 21 days before departure for international tours, 14 days for domestic.
 

2. Changes by Us

We may need to modify itineraries due to weather, force majeure, government restrictions or supplier changes. We will notify you in advance and offer the best possible alternative. We are not liable for losses arising from such changes.
 

3 Pricing & Inclusions

Quoted prices are valid for the specified duration and based on twin sharing unless mentioned otherwise. Prices may change with fluctuations in fuel, taxes, exchange rates or hotel rates. Exact inclusions/exclusions are listed in each itinerary.
 

4. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates and to obtain required visas. We provide visa assistance but cannot guarantee approval.
 

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all international tours. We strongly recommend insurance for domestic tours as well. We can arrange insurance through our partners.
 

6. Liability

SK World Tourism acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport providers and other suppliers. We are not liable for delays, accidents, illness, loss of baggage, or any other issue caused by these third parties.
 

7. Code of Conduct

Travelers are expected to respect local laws, customs and fellow travelers. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any traveler whose conduct is disruptive — no refund will be due in such cases.
 

8. Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts only.
